The name Brink has been associated with the food and beverage industry since 1955 when Hank's father, George Brink, established Brink's Inc. Hank worked with both his father and with Kraft, Inc. before founding Cadence Technologies in 1987. Hank has successfully completed more than 300 projects on four continents and is a former President of FISA and a current board member of both FISA and FPSA. Hank exemplifies Cadence's corporate values of mutual respect, integrity, responsibility, interdependence, mutual trust, initiative, and excellence.

Glenn joined Cadence in 2005. With more than 25 years in our industry, Glenn brings a wealth of successful experience in delivering highly engineered process systems to the food, beverage and personal care industries. During his tenure in the industry, Glenn has consistently served as a trusted and capable provider of integrated process systems, primarily to U.S. based multi-national corporations. Additionally, Glenn has distinguished himself as an accomplished engineering and operations management executive.
